We are actively seeking Principal Analog IC Design Engineers of exceptional skill to drive the development of high-performance DC/DC converter products and linear circuits, all while leading a dynamic team of designers.
This opportunity is based in either Chandler, Arizona, or Tucson, Arizona.
Relocation is also offered.
In this pivotal role as a Principal Analog IC Design Engineer, you will make a significant impact on our product development process.

To excel in this role, you'll need:
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
A robust foundation in analog design, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience (experience in the Automotive and/or Industrial sectors is a plus).
Proficiency in various DC/DC power conversion topologies.
A deep understanding of device physics.
Familiarity with mixed-signal design, simulation, and modeling.
A driven, results-oriented mindset coupled with creative problem-solving skills and a strong team spirit.
Familiarity with general lab equipment.
